Elder is a live-in care company, looking after elderly people 24/7 in their own homes. 97% of people wouldnt want to move into a care home, and yet this is the default option with over 425k people currently in residential care homes. Elder is a business on a mission to ensure that nobody need go into a care home, unless they want to. Live-in care enables people to stay in their own home, in their own community, near their friends and family, able to continue with their own daily routine. This compares to the care home where they would have follow the rules and regulations of the home, often miles from where they used to live. Elder is offering a 300 commission for every person who is referred to us and then goes on to pay for live-in care.
